My first thought was, Who does he think he is? Then I spent some time thinking about it. What would he have to gain by having two initiatives on the ballot? Then it came to me that if there were two they would split the vote and neither one of them would pass. Then his friend the governor could keep on appointing whoever he wanted to as the AG.
