This storm is called “balanced budget” and is located within Casino City, 909, Ben-Lang Street, at Fecilidad Ogumorro and Ramon Basa Avenue, majority drive. It is rumored that it will hit the villages of Casino, Increase, Allowances, 16 hours work week, 13 unpaid holidays, 20 percent salary cut and Reduction in Force. It will develop into a gusting wind of 300 political hires, government shutdown at 48 unpaid hours, and continued untimely paydays.
It is hitting us right now with winds up to job lost, no food, clothing, shelter, transportation and health. It is equipped with sustained winds of no job security, arrogance and pride, self-righteousness, and one sided decision making resulting in corruption and greed. It is expected to develop into maximum destructive winds of Lynn Knight and Mike Ada. Surfs will be up to the Inspector General’s investigation.
The governor has declared a state of emergency for Saipan, Tinian, Rota and the Northern Islands. It is expected to intensify and become unpaid retirement share, scholarships grants for the youth, board’s fate and affected others. He has upgraded his storm from tropical depression to Typhoon Condition 1.
Please make sure that you are equipped with protective gear such as connective power within the executive branch.
Make sure you’re one of those supporters promised jobs, with a brownnose if you’re the type. You do not have to be equipped with knowledge, talents and skills. Just make sure you know the right people at the right place and time.
People of the CNMI, judging from this perfect storm, it will require you to save every penny that you have in order to at least come close to your fiduciary duty of providing food, clothing, transportation and health to loved ones. You need to rescue yourself first, rather than rescuing the government that is causing such pain. It will also require you to try and foresee future storms and you must be able to be better prepared. Good luck. I hope that this storm will calm down as soon as possible. All those that are affected are asked to proceed to the nearest disaster shelter before being transferred to the recall station for further processing.
