Letter to the Editor: Politically motivated

An article in a newspaper reported that Deputy Attorney General William Bischoff  “is using the AGO as a personal vindictive pool just  to go after Gutierrez since he was hired by then-Attorney General (Doug Moylan) back  in 2003 when Gutierrez just left office.”

The conspiracy was actually committed by the AGO and the Guam Office of the Public Auditor as seen on a blog, wherein the e-mail exchange by the auditor and Joseph Guthrie showed them conspiring to change the two auditors’ ( Tim SN and Yuka Cabrera ) actual audit report where they said that nothing was wrong.

Guthrie was hell-bent on following the then-attorney general’s orders to indict Gutierrez at all costs.

The GovGuam Retirement Fund submitted an amicus brief stating that the auditor should have allowed the Fund to complete its work because everything was proper. But, no. Instead, the then-attorney general sent a memo to the Retirement Fund not to complete the process so as not to interfere with his indictment.

Mr. Weisenberger, your office, and  OPA are the ones that need to be investigated.
