Those who are against casino are the ones that don’t have a solution and are not doing anything about the economic problem. They say that casino is bad. But do they really know what they are talking about?
With the economic problems so bad nowadays, how can parents help their children? What about the crimes being committed and on the rise? If this continues, I see something bad is going to happen.
There are many reasons I support casino. When casino comes it will generate more money, create jobs, help the retirement program, support the maintenance of the hospital facility, medical referrals, scholarships and many more. Even in Singapore, they accepted the casino because their economy was sinking. Why can’t we do the same?
Right now, there is no casino. Poker is the only one helping. If we have casino it is good for our tourists, and other visitors who come to our islands. CUC is very expensive, fuel is very expensive. The business community should not be the only one sustaining and supporting the economy. We need something to replace the garment and casino is the only thing I see. Does anybody see anything else?
