Is this why Governor Fitial continues to down play the legislative branch’s versions of the budget? Under the table and behind closed-door hiring for his political constituents and loyal party members? We firmly believe this is illegal and should be investigated.
We have received numerous reports and complaints of illegal internal hires and the waiving of all applications and qualification criteria through your human resources department.
We also strongly believe that Governor Fitial is now using his public office and abusing his executive authority by hiring his loyal Covenant constituents for his re-election bid.
We are calling on OPA and our Legislature to seriously look into this matter for this is highly unethical and unprofessional and most likely ILLEGAL especially in an economic crisis.
