Other than your personal complaints and vendetta against the current NMC administration and the board of regents I ask you this question: What is your real concern and complaint?
Why is it that Northern Marianas College prides itself on “STUDENTS FIRST” but you as Faculty Senate president is unprofessionally and immaturely concentrating on faculty personnel complaints and completely ignoring the STUDENTS’ general well-being affected by all your bickering in the media at a time so critical when NMC’s accreditation is at stake.
Mr. Mark Haag, your colleague, complained about faculty being overloaded and stressed. It seems like you as a faculty member spend a lot of time derailing and attacking NMC’s administration and its board of regents, which contradicts your claim of being overloaded and stressed.
As a new student at NMC I am displeased and disappointed with how unprofessional and immature some of you instructors are and how you have treated the only college in the commonwealth, completely disrespecting the students, to include innocent staff and faculty.
Furthermore, concerning the “budget” you are now aggressively complaining about, didn’t you vote for it? Why did you vote for the budget and now you are complaining about it?
I will invoke the OPEN GOVERNMENT ACT to retrieve the “minutes of the meetings” concerning the budget.
What is your response?
GREGORIO CRUZ JR.
NMC Student
