This letter is written solely for the people involved and fully aware of the situation: the authorities, including the U.S. attorney for Guam and the CNMI. I am asking assistance on my behalf as a CNMI U.S. citizen whose rights have been violated.
This is an open letter for a follow-up on your side for I have been patiently waiting for your response. I am asking for your immediate response of any kind relevant to the subject matter at hand. At best share with me any progress or anything that’s come out of it, or at least if someone’s working on the matter. Again, I plead for your response should I be of further assistance to help rectify the situation or come to closure. Talk to me, I want answers. Please tell me what route of communication would be most effective to expedite such matter at hand.
In the meantime, I am requesting your office to personally contact, meet and help resolve the situation at hand which has been pending for a long time and has been compromising my livelihood. I strongly believe a solution is at hand, and with this I respectfully await your most immediate response.
One thing that I am very sure that you know what I now and I know what you know. There are lots things behind the door, so stop hiding and open up. It might be the solution in solving all riddles.
I am very sure enough that individuals that are involved and have concern for me, Jesus Sablan Barcinas, well-known as “Jesus Pitu,” most likely will respond to my enquiries.
I would like to thank those who were behind me and believed in me. I will assure you all that I will do everything possible in my power to help but I cannot promise. It all depends on the decision of our creator, God.
Lastly but not the least, I surely respect your rights but I hope to hear any reply or answers to my inquiries within a reasonable time, which is 20 days.
Thank you yan Si Yuus ma’ase. God bless us and the people who deserve the blessing. God bless the United States of America which I believe in, respect and honor. Freedom for all!
JESUS SABLAN BARCINAS
