Letter to the Editor: Voter perception

The fact that voters keep bringing back the very same officials who are part of the problems we’re in now speaks volumes  about voter attitude.

Voters are the ones suffering now, not to mention those who are living without power because our elected officials imposed high power rates then turned around and blamed it on high oil prices.

When will voters learn from their mistakes?

I know that these voters are smart but they are being brainwashed every year with free booze and free chow come election year.

When is suffering enough?

Believe it or not I will keep hammering out all the pressing important issues all the way to Election Day and try and change people’s perceptions about the real problems we face in the CNMI.

The realistic solution to all these problems we all face now is to vote for change.

I know voters don’t want four more years of excuses and lies or pants on fire. And I’m not giving up my civic duties.
