CUC’s Water Task Force Vehicle 3963 was parked at Tun Kiku’s, Garapan around 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010, because the truck and crew were supposed to be there.
You see, the second floor of the building is the location of the construction management office for the water task force.
J.C. Cabrera goes on to recommend that two of the three employees be “laid off” for being non-essential. No thank you for that ill-informed advice.
