Tore Hide En portrays the its name from the round glass peepholes in its wooden doors, to the soft brush strokes and figures in the walls, to the chairs and tables with circle designs inside the restaurant,.
“En” is a Japanese word which means circle and this, according to restaurant owner Hideo Miyazawa, represents the harmony they wish to depict between the restaurant and their customers.
Tore Hide En opens for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner everyday. For reservations or take out, please call 670-233-4692.
