Daily feasts from the top

The spotlight is trained at Dolphin’s Restaurant all the way up  on the 10th floor of the Hafa Adai Beach Hotel’s Crystal Tower during lunch and dinner every day as sumptuous feasts are laid out for diners to enjoy.

Hafa Adai Beach Hotel Chef Samson Tan said  in order to satisfy the diversified palates of their diners, Dolphin Restaurant has come up with daily variations on their menu. This means you can dine up every day with the knowledge that you’ll be feasting on different fares each time.

Start your week with the Curry Buffet on Mondays. Follow it up with a wide selection of pasta and sandwiches on Tuesday, the juiciest slices of steak on Wednesdays, and curry on Thursdays.

Everybody loves Fridays, which Dolphin Restaurant takes advantage of by introducing the theme buffets on Fridays. Enjoy a Japanese style buffet during the first week of each month, Korean buffet feast on the second week, Filipino cuisine on the third week, and international cuisine on the fourth week — all for $14 per person with 20 percent discount for locals, plus free use of the swimming pool. Just bring your own towels.

Tan said the pasta and sandwich feast is available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at $12 per person, with a 20 percent discount for locals.

Tan said ala carte meals are also available every day except Friday and Sunday with a 20 percent discount for local residents.

Make your Sundays as special as you can with friends and family and enjoy Dolphin Restaurant’s Sunday Brunch $18 each plus free use of swimming pool. Just bring your own towel.

Tan said they change the menu every week so diners will have something to look forward to.

Enjoy superb meals from the restaurant that offers the best view in the whole island. Lunch hours begin at 12 noon until 2 p.m. while dinner time is from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Sunday Brunch is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
