IN celebration of its 20th anniversary, the Bayani or Heroes Association will host a fun-filled Queen of Drag 2022 fundraising pageant on Feb. 5, 2022, Saturday in the Taga Hall of Saipan World Resort.
VIP tickets cost $50 each while a general admission ticket is available for $25.
The door opens at 5 p.m. and the show will start at 6:30 p.m. sharp. The proceeds will be used for Bayani’s community projects and for the Rai/Odette typhoon victims in the Philippines.
The pageant will adhere to Covid-19 protocols. A vaccination card or record must be presented at the entrance.
The talented participants are Sunshine, Christian, Joan, Cecille, Shine, Rica, Nestea, Noelle, Kristala, Aileene and Patrick . They will compete in the following categories: fantasy costume, lingerie wear, lip-sync talent, and evening gown.
The top five will receive cash prizes, sash, bouquets, crowns, and gifts, and the rest will get consolation prizes.
The pageant director and choreographer par excellence Ernie Molina will conceptualize, direct, and choreograph the show.
