If you live near the 360 Revolving Restaurant, the limousine service will take you on a brief tour of Garapan and Beach Road and you can sample champagne cocktails from the limo’s bar.
The minute you alight from the limousine, a professional photographer from Digital Motion will capture your special moments with his powerful lens as you go up to the restaurant, and will continue to snap photos as you feast on a six-course gourmet dinner.
The personalized souvenir pictures will be handed to you as soon as you are ready to go, a memento for you to remember a very special dinner.
The Star Menu starts with lemon-cured salmon with avocado and wasabi dressing, lobster bisque “Chantilly,” broiled “Basa” fillet on brown rice, fresh tomato and pesto, and orange sherbet with vodka.
The main entrée is a choice of certified Angus beef fillet mignon with peppercorns, Bearnaise gratin washed with potatoes and crisp vegetables, or grilled New Zealand lamb chops with garlic cinnamon, lemon baked potato and vegetables.
Cap your dinner with macerated strawberries in Grand Marnier ice cream for dessert.
Enjoy the rest of the evening over glasses of Mondavi wines.
If you bring kids, the 360 Revolving Restaurant has a special menu for them which includes lobster bisque “Chantilly,” crispy shrimp with fries and ketchup, and the main entrée — small certified Angus beef tenderloin in cream and mushrooms, baked potato or rice, and vegetables. Let your kids indulge in the 360 Chocolate Mousse with strawberries for desert. The dinner comes with free iced tea, soft drinks or juices.
The same limousine service will deliver you back to your residence or your choice destination on island after your memorable dinner.
The 360 Revolving Restaurant Star Dinner which started last month is available every night for both locals and tourists at $120 per person for a minimum of four individuals excluding children. Kids are charged at half the price.
For couples, the Star Dinner is $300 and $60 each for additional children.
