The regular group exercises at Gold’s Gym include Spin Bike where participants can spin at a more relaxed pace and get a challenging cardio workout while having fun, Tai-Chi or graceful, meditative poses to reduce stress; Pilates, Body Pump, Body Step, Dance Fusion, and Yoga.
