On Sunday, May 9, Hyatt Regency Saipan will honor mothers in its Giovanni’s and Kili Café & Terrace restaurants for a special brunch.
“We invite you to come and bring your mothers to partake of delectable specialties from all the live food stations at our two restaurants,” Hyatt Regency Saipan executive chef Gabrielle Colombo said.
He said that the Sunday brunch will be light and include pasta, sushi, Teppanyaki, marinated fresh salmon and a lot more of tempting dishes the chefs will be presenting.
For those who cannot treat their mothers for the Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, Hyatt has the answer to that. A sumptuous pre-Mother’s Day dinner is set at the hotel’s Miyako’s Restaurant.
Hyatt Regency Saipan Food & Beverage director Ranjeet Rajebhosale said that the Sunday brunch includes beverages, cocktails, and special chocolates for mothers.
The pre-Mother’s Day dinner at the Miyako includes Japanese buffet with beverages, Shochu and cocktails. Miyako seats 55 people while Giovannis and Kili Café & Terrace seats up to 250.

“We encourage you to make your reservations early,” Rajebhosale said.
Colombo said at the Hyatt Regency, they always think and come up with something new for everybody.
“We see almost the same people in every occasion so it’s important that our diners see something new every time and we pride ourselves in providing that,” Colombo said.
The Sunday Brunch starts at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m., while the pre-Mother’s Day dinner starts from 6 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. on Saturday.
