The power supply serving the main telephone system has malfunctioned, causing the system to shut down intermittently. Regretfully, customers who call in may get disconnected unintentionally.
The required parts needed to fix the problems are unavailable on island. The system vendor anticipates solve the problem within a week or as soon as needed parts arrive.
The CUC trouble desk telephone lines 235-0282/2282 are unaffected.
“We apologize for any inconvenience that this problem may cause,” CUC said.
KagES Cultural Day
