That wasn’t the first time I spent hours in that place relaxing and soothing myself from a stressful day of work.
But that was when I fully appreciated the beauty of Micro Beach and its scenic view of Managaha and nearby American Memorial Park.
Since then, I often go there to walk along the jogging trail, wander in the picnic area, watch the children playing, the parasailers and the wind surfers.
Micro Beach, moreover, is very accessible and it is now my favorite place on Saipan.
Each of us has a favorite place, but we vary in opinion why we consider a certain area important to us.
It might be because of fond memories, unforgettable experiences, or even an unpleasant incident.
But whatever it is, wherever we go and whatever we see, we know we can always return to it.
