Starting from 6 p.m. up to 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, Hyatt Regency Saipan Food and Beverage director Ranjeet Rajebhosale said that all restaurants will celebrate the special occasion simultaneously, each with different themes to cater to suit the mood and preference of each guest.
On Feb. 13, feast at the Hyatt’s Kili Café & Terrace to welcome the Chinese New Year. Rajebhosale said a wide selection of Chinese and Korean delicacies will be served at the exclusive buffet for $38 per person.
‘La Notte Rosa’at Giovanni’s
On Valentine’s Day, dine in a six-course dinner featuring Italian specialties at Giovanni’s Restaurant to the strains of famous and romantic love songs by duo Trini and Jun.
Allow Giovanni’s, the island’s only restaurant to offer you authentic Italian cuisine as you relax and enjoy the night away. At $150 per couple and $120 per couple for Club at the Hyatt members, the package comes with a small bottle of Laurent Perrier Champagne for the couple.
Giovanni’s Restaurant can accommodate up to 80 persons.
Buffet at the Miyako
If you prefer a lavish Valentine dinner with your special someone at a more intimate setting. Miyako Restaurant offers delicious Japanese buffet on the same day.
Kili Café & Terrace dinner buffet
Featuring the widest selection of tempting international dishes, the Kili Café & Terrace buffet is another destination for a Valentine dinner at the Hyatt Regency.
Dine in private inside the restaurant, or enjoy dinner on the terrace with fresh air and spectacular views of splashing waters from the garden pools.
Dinner at the Miyako and Kili Café & Terrace is $50 for non-club members and $35 for members, inclusive of beer, wine and sodas. Miyako accommodates up to 50 persons, while Kili Café can seat up to 140.
As a special treat, all ladies will receive a long-stemmed rose and a box of chocolates from the restaurants.

Rajebhosale said i Sagua’ Spa offers two Valentine packages – the tropical body and face treatment, and the tropical body scrubs and massage, each for $120 per person.
