The juveniles were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol, curfew violations and illegal possession of marijuana.
Sgt. Michael Rafael said that the police officers were patrolling the area in front of the Ministry of Education building on September 4 at 2:30 am when they chanced upon a minor who was drunk.Police tried to help the minor but he ran away. A brief chase ensued until the minor was apprehended and was brought to the police station for booking process.A young man and a young woman were also arrested after police caught them having pot sessions or smoking marijuana in front of the Bayside building parking lot in Madelaii.Another minor was also arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol, drunk and disorderly conduct and curfew violation at 12:45 am on Friday.Meanwhile Araboy Louch, 53; Clarence Abraham, 40, Jeramy Alfonso, 28; Gabriel Antipas, 21; Ngibtal Temeteet, 23 and Adebar Ngirchokebai, 24, were also arrested for public drinking, drunk and disorderly conduct and drunk driving.Abraham and Louch were spotted drinking at the old airport in Meyuns on September 4 while Alfonso was cited for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol at 3:02 am on Friday.He was pulled over by the police while driving recklessly on the road.Antipas, Temeteet and Ngirchokebai were arrested for causing disturbance at Palau Community College campus on Friday at 1:05 am; BM store in Ngerchemai at 2:45 pm and in front of J’s outlet at 6:35 pm.
