Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that police arrested Robert Ramarui and Alexis Mutok for DUI and reckless driving.
The incident involving Ramarui was reported to the police at 1:05 am on Sunday.The vehicle operated by Ramarui was heading Medalaii towards Taj restaurant and was trying to make a left turn to the center lane when it collided to another vehicle.The suspect was attempting to overtake another vehicle but instead of passing the vehicle, he ran into the victim’s vehicle.The incident involving Mutok also happened on April 26 and was reported to the police at 2:15 am.Aguon said police reported a vehicle swerving on the roadway.Mutok’s vehicle was pulled over by the police and he was subjected for a breath test.Aguon said that Mutok failed the test and was charged with DUI and reckless driving.
