The driver identified as Chesney Otei Techur, 20, was cited for DUI and reckless driving when he was found to be driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said three persons were hurt in the collision. All of them were rushed to the hospital for treatment.Two of the victims received lacerations to the forehead and other parts of the body while the other one possibly had a broken leg and a cut to the leg and forehead.Aguon said all of them are now in stable conditions.The incident was reported to the police on June 1 at 10:57 pm near the Airai View Hotel.A vehicle was coming from Airai and was heading to Koror while the other car was on the opposite direction.Techur had a passenger too in his car but no major injury was reported to the police.
