The three male suspects’ ages from 15 to 17 years old were arrested after a female called the police and reported several unidentified individuals smoking marijuana across the Simane’s residence in Medalaii at around 9:00 in the evening on Wednesday.
Police immediately responded and apprehended the three minors and brought to the police office.
According to the police report, the minors smelled of marijuana and their eyes were red when police arrested them. Police immediately notified the minors’ parents and cited them afterwards.
Meanwhile, police arrested another man for consuming alcohol in public place.
Allen Sokau was arrested on Nov. 4 at around 8:00 in the evening at the Lius Store in Dngeronger. Police brought the suspect to the Koror Jail. He was booked and confined until he sobered up. Police then cited him afterwards.
On Nov. 5 at 1:15 in the morning, another man was also arrested for being drunk.
Chairmaine Eliam was apprehended after a male Palauan from the Venus Karaoke Bar called the police office and reported the suspect for daring a fight with the bar’s employees while he was intoxicated.
Police responded and arrested Eliam. He was brought to Koror Jail, booked and confined until he sobered up. Police also cited him afterwards.
