Sgt. Michael Rafael said that a man was arrested for use and possession of marijuana on Saturday at 1:05 am in Ngerbeched while a student of Emmaus High School was also arrested Saturday night for illegal consumption of alcohol.
Rafael said the student stole a car own by one of the school staff and drove away.
The juvenile was pulled over in front of an apartment in Malakal later and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
The juvenile was booked and confined for illegal consumption of alcohol.
A 20-year-old man identified as Victor Phillip was cited for illegal consumption alcohol early Sunday morning.
Phillip was arrested in front of Sea Passion hotel in Malakal for illegal consumption of alcohol at 12:15 am on November 1.
Roger Tatsuo, 29, was also arrested for causing disturbance at a residence in Dngeronger Sunday night.
Tatsuo went to Kumangai residence and bothered the residents there.
