BPS Director Norvert Yano said that the participants are from Patrol Division and Criminal Investigation Section.
Yano said the training will be held at the firing range at the Henaro Antonio residence in Aimeliik from 9 am through 5 pm.
The Director said the personnel will undergo whole day of training to qualify to carry a firearm.
He said some of the personnel of the Palau airport, Bureau of Customs and BPS will also join in the training and will be certified by instructor Felix Francisco.
Yano said these officers are already qualified and just needed to be certified.
