The three-day gathering of the APPU was officially opened by T.H. Isaac V. Figir, speaker of the FSM Congress and president of the FSM APPU national group.
Alik thanked the APPU for chosing FSM as the venue for the general assembly.
He also spoke of how he was pleased to note the selected theme for the gathering: “New Challenges, New Role.”
