The Board of Education’s Committee on Fiscal, Personnel and Administration met Thursday to discuss, among other things, the school district’s spending plan for fiscal year 2022. The committee is chaired by BOE Vice Chairman Herman Atalig. Also attending the meeting were committee vice chairman Antonio Borja, BOE member Gregory Borja, teacher representative Phyllis Ain, BOE Chairman Andrew L. Orsini, Commissioner of Education Dr. Alfred B. Ada, Associate Commissioner Eric Magofna, Public School System Federal Programs Officer Tim Thornburgh, Finance and Budget Director Arlene Lizama, Human Resources Officer Lucretia Deleon Guerrero, and financial consultant Edward S. Tenorio.
