A HOLLOW block manufacturing and commercial space rental company has moved for an entry of default against Forson Holdings (CNMI) LLC in federal court for not responding to its lawsuit.
Unicorn sued Forson Holdings for non-payment of lease and has asked the court to issue an order evicting the defendant from the plaintiff’s property.

According to the lawsuit, Forson Holdings is believed to be Imperial Pacific International LLC’s sister company.
Unicorn sued Forson Holdings for breach of contract in July 2020.

The lawsuit requested the court to issue an order evicting Forson Holdings and all its construction materials and persons from the plaintiff’s real estate property.
Unicorn is also requesting the court to award it $675,000 in unpaid rent, and issue an award of double rent for the period of time that Forson Holdings had stayed on Unicorn’s property without paying rent beginning on Oct. 5, 2018.
