THE Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. is conducting a village outreach vaccination campaign “to further expand Covid-19 vaccine availability.”

In the first village outreach that CHCC and the Governor’s Covid-19 Task Force hosted on Saturday at the San Antonio Systems of Care facility, 68 people received the first dose of the Moderna vaccine, CHCC spokesman Lee Tenorio said.
As of April 20, 2021, the CNMI had fully vaccinated 16,253 eligible persons, Tenorio said.
CHCC and the Governor’s Covid-19 Task Force will conduct the next village outreach on Saturday, April 24, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon at the Kagman Community Center.
Tenorio said CHCC aims to vaccinate 200 individuals. Individuals are highly encouraged to pre-register online at vaccinatecnmi.com, call the CHCC call center at 682-SHOT/7468, or register in person at the CHCC call center at IT&E Chalan Laulau.
He said CHCC has also expanded Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine availability to 16- and 17-year-olds on Rota and Tinian.

Parents must register for their children, as well as accompany them during the vaccination process.
