The Offices of the Governor and Lt. Governor welcomed the young, bright students of William S. Reyes Elementary School’s fifth-grade class, who were on a field trip to spread the joy of the holiday season by singing Christmas carols for Gov. Arnold I. Palacios, Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang, Senate President Edith Deleon Guerrero and Attorney General Edward Manibusan at the Juan Atalig Memorial Building on Capital Hill. The fifth graders received candy treats from the Senate president and donuts and water from the governor and lt. governor, both of whom expressed their appreciation for the students and recognized their efforts in spreading the holiday spirit throughout the Commonwealth.
