IN observance of the Christmas season, the judiciary’s facilities on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, 2023 and on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023.
While facilities are closed, judiciary personnel may be activated for emergency and essential services. Bail, family protection, emergency and time-sensitive hearings may be set as necessary.
