TAMUNING, Guam (Press Release) — IT&E on Monday announced the appointment of Anthony R. Quenga as its new enterprise sales director, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening business partnerships and delivering innovative enterprise solutions across Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Anthony brings more than a decade of leadership experience in sales, business development, and strategic growth. He has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving business expansion, and fostering collaborative partnerships across both the private and public sectors. His leadership approach combines disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, and a strong commitment to customer relationships.
Beyond his professional achievements, Anthony is deeply engaged in the local community. He is a member of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association- Guam Chapter and has served as a past chairman of the Guam Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Steering Committee. He has supported outreach initiatives across Guam and the CNMI and remains committed to mentoring and developing future leaders.

Anthony is also an adjunct professor at the University of Guam, where he has taught marketing, finance, and business courses, reflecting his passion for education and leadership development. As enterprise sales director, Anthony will lead IT&E’s enterprise sales strategy, focusing on expanding business solutions, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting organizations with reliable, future-ready connectivity and managed technology services.
