(SCC) — With just one week remaining, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce is encouraging business professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs to secure their seat for the first quarter professional development training, a timely and practical session designed to help businesses remain resilient, adaptable, and competitive in today’s evolving economic environment.
The interactive training will provide participants with actionable strategies to strengthen and retain customer relationships, sustain and expand their customer base during economic slowdowns, identify and address customer pain points, and improve workforce effectiveness through clearer role alignment, accountability, and increased productivity. Attendees will leave the session with practical tools they can immediately apply within their organizations.
To accommodate busy schedules, two session options will be available:
• Tuesday, March 17, 2026
• Wednesday, March 18, 2026
Both sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Island Training Solutions office, Suite 604, Marianas Business Plaza. Light refreshments will be provided.
The training will be facilitated by James T. Arenovski, of Island Training Solutions, who will share real-world insights and proven approaches to strengthening business performance, improving operational efficiency, and driving long-term organizational sustainability.
Registration fees are $50 for Saipan Chamber members and $60 for prospective members. Groups of three or more participants will receive a $5 discount per person.
With limited seating and growing interest, early registration is strongly encouraged to ensure participation.
