Saipan Humane Society working to restore veterinary services for the community

(SHS) — The Saipan Humane Society informs the community that, due to an unforeseen medical emergency, the long-term veterinarian scheduled for April is no longer able to travel to Saipan.

We understand that this update is disappointing and may disrupt plans for many pet owners who were counting on these services. Veterinary access in the CNMI is limited, and situations like this are beyond our control.

Our team is actively working to secure an available replacement veterinarian to continue providing critical care to the animals of our community. We are committed to ensuring these services are available as quickly as possible and will share updates as soon as arrangements are confirmed.

The Saipan Humane Society’s work is only possible because of the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and generous donors. Their time, energy, and support make it possible to provide care to animals across the CNMI, even under challenging circumstances. We ask the community to show patience, understanding, and respect for these individuals who give so much to help both animals and people in need.

We remain fully committed to the welfare of the CNMI’s animals and to supporting the community that cares for them. Thank you for your continued trust, understanding, and support.
