(CNMI Innovation Incubator) — The Haunted Marketplace was a night to remember, drawing families, community members, and Halloween enthusiasts to celebrate local entrepreneurship and innovation. Hosted by the CNMI Innovation Incubator on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, the Beach Road Plaza parking lot was transformed into a lively, Halloween-themed space that brought the community together in support of the CNMI’s emerging innovators.
The spotlight of the evening was on the program’s featured Innovators, who proudly showcased their creative products, services, and business ventures. Attendees had the chance to engage directly with these local entrepreneurs, support small businesses, and explore the exciting startups emerging from the CNMI Innovation Incubator.
Guests also enjoyed live performances, themed treats, family-friendly activities, and exciting giveaways. The event blended entertainment, community connection, and entrepreneurial development, creating a space where innovation and Halloween fun came together seamlessly.
“The Haunted Marketplace was more than a community celebration — it was a meaningful opportunity for our Innovators to connect with the public and showcase their hard work,” said Cherese Palacios, Program Manager of the CNMI Innovation Incubator. “Seeing the community come together to support local entrepreneurship and celebrate creativity was truly a highlight. It reinforces our mission to empower early-stage startups while strengthening the local small business ecosystem.”
The event provided a platform for startups to gain exposure, receive feedback, and build connections with customers and the community. The CNMI Innovation Incubator continues to provide opportunities for its first cohort of local startups to thrive, furthering the program’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable economic growth in the CNMI.
