This session will help build stronger financial systems and improve accountability for nonprofits. Topics include:
• Core elements of a strong financial system
• Preparing internal reports for leadership and boards
• Federal reporting for nonprofits with employees
• IRS filing for charitable organizations
• Developing and reviewing financial policies
This workshop is part of MANGO’s ongoing support for nonprofit development and is offered through the Lemmai-Mei Incubator — a program created to empower emerging Indigenous-led nonprofits in the CNMI through culturally grounded, hands-on technical assistance and peer learning.
Program support
This initiative was made possible through Saipan Local Law 23-21, with funding appropriated by the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation and approved by Gov. Arnold I. Palacios. MANGO is grateful for their support and commitment to community-led development and nonprofit capacity building in the CNMI.
