TWENTY-FIVE new U.S. citizens were sworn in at a special naturalization ceremony held at the District Court for the NMI on Monday.
Presiding over the session, Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona granted the motion of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Officer Riley Huskey and welcomed the new citizens into the American family.
The new U.S. citizens are Rowena Herda Alturas, Abraham Manuel Amirez, Selena Acapulco Bagasala, Cristina Soria Cabaltica, John Villafrancia Capuyon, Leah Cantos Capuyon, Leonardo Nevado Cuizon, Marion Delgado Cuizon, Francisco Tolentino Dalusung, Gina Celina Soria David, Aida Tagaban Diva, Ana Victoria Bagtas Hilario, Eduardo Yumul Lim, Rosario Padiernos Lim, Josephine Iglesias Lontoc, Jovelyn Fajardo Macaraig, Arlene Dino Malonzo, George Guevarra Malonzo, Henry Alegre Palijo, Laila Lacsamana Portuguez, Evelyn Llona Quiambao, Natalia Larina Roberto, Joel Iraula Subang, Yabxue Li Sutfin, and Dae Young Yoon.
