MCDONALD’S of Saipan proudly announces the achievements of its dedicated crew members from the Garapan and Chalan Laulau restaurants for the second quarter of 2024.
The Crew of the Quarter Award has been given to Chedler Marie Villanueva from the Garapan restaurant and Nena L. Babauta from the Chalan Laulau restaurant. These exceptional crew members exemplify McDonald’s commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Nena Babauta, the Crew of the 2nd Quarter from Chalan Laulau, stated, “Winning this award makes me happy and proud of myself. I enjoy working with my managers and crew, and I’m grateful to McDonald’s for the training that has helped me become a flexible crew member. I want to thank the company for giving me the best training and the ability to improve myself.”
Chedler Villanueva, the recipient from Garapan, shared his thoughts: “Winning the Crew of the Quarter Award is a recognition of the dedication and hard work I’ve put in during the quarter. The staff at McDonald’s have supported my growth by listening to my opinions, being patient, and teaching me skills I can use outside of work. I want to thank the managers and crew for making McDonald’s a fun place to work, and I encourage them to keep up the great work so they can earn an award too.”
