MCDONALD’S of Saipan is proud to recognize the hard work and dedication of our crew members from the Middle Road and Garapan restaurants for the first quarter of 2025. This quarter, McDonald’s highlights the outstanding efforts of Ianda Atan and Aprilyn Joson, who have been named Crew of the First Quarter. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service reflect the high standards we value at McDonald’s.
Joe Ayuyu Jr., company vice president, shared, “We are incredibly proud of all our Crew of the Quarter recipients for their commitment to great service and their positive attitude. This recognition is one way we show our appreciation to crew members who go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for every customer.”
Ianda Atan, the recipient from Garapan, shared her thoughts: “Winning the Crew of the 1st Quarter award means a great deal to me, as it shows that both my managers and peers recognize and appreciate my performance and skills on a professional level. McDonald’s has played a big role in my personal and professional growth by teaching me the value of patience. Being able to serve our customers great food and make them feel good in the process has been both rewarding and motivating. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped me achieve this award, and a special thank you to our big boss and the managers for selecting me as the Crew of the 1st Quarter.”
Aprilyn Joson, the Crew of the 1st Quarter from Middle Road, stated, “Winning the Crew of the Quarter award means so much to me personally, as it shows that my hard work and dedication — despite the struggles I’ve faced — haven’t gone unnoticed. It also inspires me to better myself and be a source of encouragement to others. McDonald’s has supported me by giving me a chance, and my managers and team have helped me become more understanding and knowledgeable. If I could share one message with the company and the public, it would be a heartfelt thank you — to my team, my managers, and the people of Saipan — for helping me become a better version of myself, both as an employee and a person.”
Together, these two awardees represent resilience, dedication, and team spirit. Their individual contributions have made positive impacts across their restaurants and reflect the strength of their teams. McDonald’s congratulates each of them on this well-earned recognition and thank them for the example they set every day.
