(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the upcoming 2024 2nd Quarter Professional Development Training focused on “Effective Communication in the Workplace.” This event will be led by Kevin Bautista, MPA, executive director to the NMC President at Northern Marianas College. The training will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at TPOD 1, NMC Campus, offering two sessions for participants’ convenience: the morning session from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the afternoon session from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This training aims to equip attendees with crucial communication skills to enhance workplace productivity and success. The agenda includes:
1) Exploration of Fundamental Elements:
○ Covering active listening and clarity to foster effective communication in professional environments.
2) Navigating Interpersonal & Mass Communication Dynamics:
○ Introducing strategies for planning and delivering impactful messages, supporting informed decision-making in both oral and written forms.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own computer or mobile device to maximize the training experience.
