SUBWAY, the island’s favorite sandwich shop, is ready to save you from your lunchtime hunger pangs with the new Subway Deli Heroes.

Stop by either the Chalan Piao or Gualo Rai locations to try any one of the four new sandwiches that are meatier than the traditional Subway menu options and come with double cheese.

The #15 Titan Turkey and the #99 Grand Slam Ham are loaded with 33% more meat than the classic turkey or ham sandwich.

When you order the #17 Garlic Roast Beef, be prepared to savor the creamy, tangy, garlic lover’s dream that is Subway’s Roasted Garlic Aioli.

On Tuesday, Feb. 13, I had the pleasure of sampling the half-pound behemoth that is #33 The Beast.

This sandwich assembles five all-star heavy hitters of the Subway cinematic universe, sandwiching pepperoni, salami, turkey, ham, and roast beef together with parmesan vinaigrette, lettuce, tomatoes, and double the provolone.

If you’re someone who comes to Subway knowing you’ve got a huge appetite, #33 The Beast has you covered.

I imagine that if I needed the strength to fight intergalactic aliens or supervillains of immeasurable power, I’d need to fuel up with something as satisfying as #33 The Beast.

Every single one of those cold cuts complements each other in flavor and texture, and because you get so much food, you’re not leaving Subway hungry, that’s for sure.

I think my favorite part is the way the parmesan vinaigrette, which I found to be refreshing and herby, tied the whole sandwich together. It tastes tangy and adds a delicious oregano flavor to every bite.

Yalina Bai, who was my Subway sandwich artist, agrees, saying that #33 The Beast “sticks out.” Bai was, after all, the person who recommended that I try the sandwich in the first place.

And as always, Subway lets you have lunch or dinner your way, offering the whole plethora of veggie, bread, wrap, and sauce options that Subway customers enjoy.
