THE 2025 Liberation Day Committee is calling on concessionaires to be part of the 79th Liberation Day festivities! Vendors of all kinds are invited to apply for a chance to participate in this highly anticipated community celebration.
The festivities are expected to draw thousands of attendees, eager to enjoy local flavors, entertainment, and cultural showcases. The festival grounds will be open from June 12 through July 6, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays, and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The venue is the Civic Center in Susupe.
Applications are open for the following booth types: food, beverage, retail, arts & crafts (DCCA and non-DCCA registered), amusement, games, carnival treats, and educational/informational. Participation is subject to applicable fees.
The deadline to apply is on May 19, 2025, at 4 p.m. Slots are limited, and applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis.
