Manuela Johnson Guerrero
Guerrero is known to frequent the Garapan area, and poker establishments around the island.
During the morning hours of Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, police located and attempted to arrest Guerrero at a motel in Garapan, but Guerrero scaled off a third floor balcony before police were able to make contact.
If Manuela “Leila” Johnson Guerrero is sighted do no approach, dial 911 immediately. If you wish to remain anonymous, call the CNMI Crime Stoppers Hotline at 234-7272. Crime Stoppers pays up to $1,000 for any information leading to an arrest.
