THE Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a person-of-interest in a prowler/theft incident in Garapan.
DPS Public Information Officer Fred Sato said, based on the security camera footage provided to the police, the male suspect is slim built. He was wearing a blue hat flipped back that has a VANS logo, a green t-shirt, and dark colored shorts. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck. He also has on him what appears to be a bolt-cutter.
He fled the scene when an occupant inside the home screamed out loud.
