Dolphins Pacific Partners with Coralsavers Foundation on the promotion of students coral planting project

This project which has been in the works for many years, is spearheaded by its Founders, SHINJI CHIBANA, President; SABURO ISHIGE, Vice-President and JEROME TEMENGIL, Secretary.  CORALSAVERS Foundation, a Non-profit corporation, through its partnership with Dolphins Pacific, is excited to present another environmental educational outreach for our youth today. “WE will be moving to a permanent location soon which will be accessible for everyone to come and see what we are doing, and we invite all other schools in Palau to come and be a part of this exciting project states Shinji.”

29 second grade students and 14 teachers/parents had a chance to learn about corals, write their names on prepared pots & then proceeded to plant juvenile corals, which will be kept at Dolphin Bay for transport to the ocean after two months. CoralSavers Foundation President Shinji extends his appreciation to Dolphins Pacific staff & management for working closely   with us on this very important project for our marine environment and for Palau.
