PURSUANT to the decision of its board of directors, EUCON International University will confer an honoris causa of Doctor of Laws on Gov. Arnold I. Palacios on May 6, 2023, at 10 a.m. in the Adonai Auditorium on campus.
The special honorary degree is only presented to individuals who have made important and significant contributions worthy of recognition.
EUCON wants to honor the governor’s leadership and his service to the CNMI and its people as a public servant.
The honoris causa recognizes merit and excellence. EUCON is honored to confer this degree in recognition of the governor’s dedication and commitment to the improvement of the well-being of the people in the CNMI.
EUCON prays for the governor as he keeps up the good work.
