First Lady Diann’s free back-to-school haircuts

TWO days of free cuts, Aug. 14 and 15, for students from PK3 to high school. Free resilient tees and refreshments with your free cuts while supplies last. Day 1 at Fresh Factory, Day 2 at Kagman Community Center. The project is made possible by first lady Diann Torres in partnership with Lady Diann Torres Foundation, the office of Gov. Ralph Torres, Fresh Factory and CNMI Women’s Affairs. Wishing all students a successful school year 2022-2023!
