Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said the juveniles were booked and confined and cited and were released to their parents later.
The four juveniles, three young women and one young man were all picked up on Sunday morning at 1:25 am for curfew violations in Madelaii.
They were all cited and were released later.
The other 17-year-old juvenile was arrested on Saturday afternoon for punching a door of an apartment.
The juvenile was drunk when he went to a residence in Meyuns and punched the front door.
The incident was reported to the police and the juvenile was arrested later for malicious mischief and drunk and disorderly conduct.
A 30-year-old man was also arrested for drinking in a public place on Saturday night in front of an establishment in Madelaii.
The man was identified as Charlton Kenzi. He was arrested twice last week for separated offense.
Kenzi was arrested on Friday night for drunk and disorderly conduct in Madelaii and during the questioning, officers found a marijuana in his possession.
