On May 21, 2022, Justin Arangorin graduated from the University of San Francisco with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. Born and raised on Saipan, he attended Kagman Elementary School, Chacha Oceanview Junior High School and Kagman High School, and was a consistent honor student. After high school, Arangorin enrolled in the pre-nursing program at the University of Guam and was part of its ROTC. He later moved to California and enrolled at the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of San Francisco. Arangorin was also part of USF’s ROTC and received a full scholarship. Currently, Arangorin is a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve and plans to continue his education in the medical sciences in order to help the people of his home island of Saipan. When asked what motivates him, Arangorin replied: “My community. I do it for the village and island that raised me.” His proud parents are Norbe and Manolo Arangorin.
