GPD investigating collision involving patrol car

HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — Police are investigating a car collision involving a patrol car in Tamuning.

On Friday morning, Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer Berlyn Savella confirmed an investigation had been launched following reports of a car collision on Marine Corps Drive in Tamuning near the intersection of the ITC Building.

Photos taken by The Guam Daily Post at around 10 a.m. showed a GPD patrol car facing north in the southbound lane of Marine Corps Drive in front of the TakeCare FHP Health Center.

“At this time, no serious injuries were identified with all parties involved,” Savella told local media before adding she will share details of the preliminary findings as soon as she receives them.
