The Alpha Kappa Rho Saipan Council members celebrated their fraternity’s 49th anniversary on Aug. 8, 2022. Established in 1973 at the University of Santo Thomas in Manila, the Philippines, AKRho is a registered international humanitarian service fraternity and sorority that encourages members to be involved in humanitarian projects and service to others. It has about three million members and several chapters worldwide. AKRho’s motto is “Vincit Omnia Veritas” — “Truth Conquers All.”
